Service Description
Designed for couples navigating divorce with minor children, needing support surrounding parenting plans, custody, child support, communication, and family transition matters. For self-represented and attorney-assisted clients. Includes: • Up to 8 hours of mediation including parenting plan discussion/support (Most divorce agreements reached inside this time frame.) • Preparation and administrative time • Redactions and notarizations, as needed • Summary drafting + Final Summary of Understanding • Ongoing support by phone, text, or email until finalization Additional time over the included hours will be billed at $250/hour.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Please cancel with 24 hours advance notice of any scheduled calls/meetings. Refunds are only offered in the event of a legitimate financial emergency. Otherwise, cancelled appointments will be rescheduled.
