Especially if it follows months or years of lies, betrayals, uncertainty, and the certain loss of identity that ending a long-term relationship always contains. This structured 8-session coaching experience is designed for individuals who want support beyond the process of just getting through the divorce, into the journey of healing your heart and mind so you can take the first incredibly important steps in the direction of reinventing yourself within a new life you can love. The focus is clarity, nervous system regulation, identity rebuilding, and practical forward movement. 8 Private 1:1 Coaching by Phone or Zoom. Scheduled at your pace, weekly or bi-weekly.
